  • All Aluminum .050 sheeting
  • Primed ready for paint
  • Light weight welded aluminum frame
  • Undercoated
  • Insulated 2 ½” friction fit with vapor barrier
  • Mattress of 5” poly foam
  • Bed frame of ½” fir plywood
  • One piece roof; 4 joists around
  • One piece door; no double lapping
  • All parts replaceable
  • Stainless steel thermos type handles
  • All doors lock
  • Tool compartment door on each side plus escape door
  • Water and air tight construction
  • 3 point mounting system guaranteed full against any defects
  • Interior padded and velour vinyl with colors to match truck
  • Cab entrance to sleeper cut to mattress level
  • Neoprene rubber liner from sleeper to truck with custom stitched, padded vinyl cover
  • One roll up curtain
  • One utility or TV shelf
  • Two interior lights
  • 21,500 BTU heater with thermostat control
  • Under bunk storage paneled and ribbed rubber floor matting
